1. Who we are
Pawsby is made by SeednShip. This page covers our website and waitlist. The Pawsby app is not released yet; it will have its own privacy policy before launch.
2. What we collect on the waitlist
- How you want us to reach you (your Facebook name or profile link, a mobile number for Viber or SMS, or an email address), only to tell you when Pawsby launches.
- Your answers to a few short questions: what pets you have, where you usually are on most days (for example BGC or Makati), which phone you use, and whether you work night shift.
We use these answers only to plan the launch, such as which area and which phones to support first. The waitlist form is hosted on Google Forms, so Google processes what you submit on our behalf.
3. Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and where visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We only contact you about Pawsby's launch. We never call you or add you to group chats.
- We don't ask for your location or your pet's photos on this website.
5. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist answers until Pawsby launches and for up to 12 months after, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will reply within 15 days.
